Phillips and Bland Convention Army Documents, c. 1778, a letter from British Major General William Phillips to Major General William Heath from Cambridge, Massachusetts, dated April 22, 1778, regarding sending letters under a flag of truce over Lake Champlain, and an order written by Colonel Theodorick Bland from Hanover, Pennsylvania, dated December 22, 1778, in regards to halting the Convention troops.
