New England Mahogany Patent Timepiece or "Banjo" Clock. marked "A. Willard/Boston," painted roman numeral iron dial marked as above, reverse-painted tablets enclosed by gilt rope-turned frames, lower tablet reading "The Tomb of Napoleon, At St. Helena," brass side arms, eight-day time-only movement regulated by a pendulum and lead weight, ht. 33 1/2 in.
