Four Views of Crystal Palace Interior Exhibits. Unsigned, one with a label from Richard Nichols & Sons, Boston, affixed to the frame backing paper. Engravings with hand-coloring and/or block printing, sight sizes to 4 5/8 x 9 1/4 in. (12.0 x 23.5 cm),framed.
Condition: The one bearing the Nichols label with a tear and scuffing, not examined out of frames.
N.B. These engravings were likely intended as contemporary souvenirs of The Great Exhibition at the Crystal Palace, London, 1851. At least two are known to be from Baxter's Gems of the Great Exhibition.
