Rousseau, Paris, with rose-cut diamond monogram on blue guilloche enamel ground, opening to a white enamel dial with roman numeral indicators, stem-wind, pin-set, 8-jewel cylinder escapement movement, reverse with rose-cut diamond flower motif, 36 mm, (enamel loss).
