Miniature Shagreen-cased Silver Pocket Perpetual Calendar with Pen and Pencil, probably England, 18th/19th century, shagreen-wrapped wooden case with a silver cylinder marked with three hallmarks (unidentifiable) and "AJS," engraved day of the week, day of the month laid out in a five grid-form row, and month aperture, all operated by unscrewing of the end collars to be able to move the independent cylinders, interior consist of a dual pen and pencil set with an engraved scale along the side, lg. 4 1/4 in.
