Pattern 21 Carved Mahogany Nine Tubular-bell Hall Clock, retailed by Shreve, Crump & Low Co., feather carved swan's neck hood with triple freestanding columns flanking the composite brass dial with moon's phase in the arch, chime/silent and chime on eight bells/Westminster chimes subsidiary dials, applied arabic numerals and seconds bit, above the nine panel beveled glass waist door with bellflower carving on the canted columns, and a similar decorated paneled base, all resting on a pair of carved paw front feet and block rear feet, eight-day quarter-chiming on nine tubes with rear plate and tubes marked "Walter H. Durfee & Co./Providence/R.I.," pendulum and three cast brass weights, ht. 95 in.
