Carved Mahogany English Dwarf or "Grandmother's" Clock, John Caldwell, c. 1812, carved swan's neck hood with freestanding columns flanking the composite brass dial with name boss in arch reading "John Caldwell," applied roman numeral chapter ring, and an engraved center, fluted quarter-columns, and full-length waist door above the carved canted and lamb's tongue decorated base, eight-day time and hour-striking mechanism, regulated by a pendulum and two lead weights, ht. 57 in.
