There are some varnish inconsistencies, especially noticeable at lower right. Craquelure at center. Inscribed "G-78 GESS/F92/F-93" on the frame backing, and "TEE G78" on the stretcher, stamped "BAY STATE STRETCHER/MADE BY/WADSWORTH, HOWLAND, & CO. inc/BOSTON-MASS" in four places on the stretcher.
Framed dimensions: 21 3/4 x 27 3/4 in.
