Condition: Lined, areas of craquelure, minor surface grime.

Stamped "R.C. VOSE" on the stretcher.

General condition is good. Wax lined, with no evident crushing of the impasto, which is richly painted overall. Craquelure in area of heavy impasto on rocks to u.r. Minimal, subtle bulge to canvas at upper right quadrant.
