Gilt-bronze Censer, China, late Ming dynasty, gui-shape, with dragon head handles, decorated with a frieze of mythical animals between archaic animal and foliate scroll bands around mouth and foot, six-character Hu Wenming mark in a gilt rectangular cartouche on base, ht. 3 1/2, rim dia. 5 1/8 in.
