Pearlware Shouldered Slip-decorated Jug, attributed to Enoch Wood, Burslem, Staffordshire, England, c. 1820, banded in black and rust slips with cat's-eyes in blue, white, and rust slip together with white slip wavy bands and dots, extruded handle with foliate terminals, ht. 7 in.

Provenance: Howard Richmond.

Note: Jonathan Rickard considers this to be one of the best graphically decorated jugs he has ever owned.
