First edition, octavo, rare; no auction sales since 1939, first word of title trimmed almost completely away, title soiled, some headlines trimmed, bound in half leather and marbled paper boards, rebacked, 5 1/4 x 3 1/2 in.
"But when may wee say that a mans Haire is too long? The Haire of a Mans Head is too long when tis an impediment to him, and hinders him in the workes of his calling; Therefore such men as are faine to get Strings or Fillets to tie up their Haire that it fall not in their eyes when they worke, offend in excessive Long-Haire."
