First edition, quarto, title page printed within a border of typographical ornaments, without blank leaf A4, bound in later full polished marbled calf with two russet morocco labels on spine, front board detached, book ticket of Myers & Co. of London pasted inside the front board, 6 7/8 x 5 in.
