Octavo, bound in contemporary speckled sheepskin, rebacked, corner repairs (very neatly done),later endleaves, 6 3/4 x 4 1/4 in.
Director of the East India Trading Company, Mun advocated for a positive balance of trade for England, with the theory that when exports exceed imports, wealth should steadily increase. He also advocated a ban on the importation of goods available domestically, the reduction of export duties on goods produced domestically from foreign markets, and the use of English vessels for shipments.
