Russian .875 Silver Tea Glass Holder (Podstakannik), St. Petersburg, c. 1880, worn maker's mark possibly "ARC," Ivan Vonifatiyevich Yevstigneyev, assayer, in a basketweave motif with later glass insert, silver ht. 3 5/8 in., approx. 6.5 troy oz.

Good overall condition with only light wear to surface and more extensive wear around edge of footrim (not visible when standing).
