Description:

George III Sterling Silver Coffeepot, London, 1762-63, Thomas Whipham & Charles Wright, maker, with an acanthus-capped spout and engraved coat of arms, monogrammed to underside, ht. 10 1/2 in., approx. 25.8 troy oz.
Estimate $1,000-1,500

Light surface wear and a few small and shallow dents to lower body. One small imperfection to solder on the underside of the foot (not visible to exterior). Several areas of lifting to interior surface (appears to be in the manufacture) with no visible surface imperfections to exterior. See images.
