Milton Lower Mills. Unsigned, attributed and titled in a pencil inscription by a former owner on the frame backing paper. Oil on unstretched canvas, sight size 5 1/2 x 5 3/4 in., framed. Condition: Scattered paint losses, surface grime.

The pencil inscription, which is signed "R.H.B." indicates that this work was a wedding gift to his wife Claire and him from Bella Gendin in 1966. There is also a label from Haley & Steele, Boston, on the frame backing paper.
