Evans of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, thanking him for sending a series of letters between Evans and Taft (not present) regarding a proposed reorganization of the Federal Judiciary, [with] a copy of Evans' original letter, and the envelope in which FDR's letter was sent, the letter with a horizontal fold, 9 x 7 in.
