Provenance: Property of the Saint Louis Art Museum, sold to benefit the acquisition fund; gift of the estate of Moses Soyer.

The work might benefit from cleaning, but there are no other issues to report. Stamped "ANJAC PRIMED" in two places on the reverse. With a label from Hahn Brothers Art Packers, New York, on the stretcher. Frame dimensions are 51 3/8 x 45 1/4 in.
