Vintage chromogenic print on fiber-based Kodak paper with 'A Kodak Paper' watermark on the verso, image size 7 x 7 1/4 in. (17.5 x 18.3 cm),unmatted.
Condition: Good.
N.B. Shepard's first words after stepping onto the lunar surface were, "And it's been a long way, but we're here." Ed Mitchell took this photograph through the window of the LM. Shepard lowers his gold-plated outer visor against the glare of the lunar sun, looking up toward Cone Crater.
