Folio bifolium, including the Act of August 12, 1790, "making provision for the reduction of the public debt," granting twelve million dollars for reducing the national debt; another act of August 12, 1790 repaying Abraham Skinner for expenses associated with the support of prisoners during the war; and a third, of August 11, 1790, altering the times for holding circuit courts in South Carolina and Georgia, old folds, toned, some breaks where folds converge, 17 x 11 in.
