Lewis Wickes Hine (American, 1874-1940)
Five National Child Labor Committee Photographs, 1908-12. All with inventory numbers on the verso, several with inscriptions, one with the National Child Labor Committee address stamp and another with a "HINE PHOTO COMPANY," Yonkers, stamp on the verso. Gelatin silver prints, image/sheet sizes to 4 5/8 x 6 5/8 in., unmatted, unframed. Condition: Losses, tears, and handling crimps on the majority.
Provenance: A private Massachusetts collection.
