Silver Cann, Jacob Hurd, Boston, Massachusetts, second quarter 18th century, baluster form with scroll handle and molded foot, handle with engraved monogram "S/AM," marked "HURD" in a sunken cartouche at rim and on base, ht. 4 7/8 in., approx. 11.8 troy oz.
