3-inch Universal Equinoctial Ring Dial, 19th century, unsigned, two concentric brass rings folding flat when not in use, meridian ring engraved 10-90 on one side, 10-80 on the reverse, the equinoctial ring engraved with roman numeral hours, the central bridging bar with sliding peephole engraved with the months on one side, all suspended by a brass ring.
