Andy Warhol (American, 1928-1987)

Mao, 1974, published for a Warhol exhibition at the Musée Galleria, Paris, by Factory Additions, New York (Feldman & Schellmann, II.125A). Signed "Andy Warhol" in marker l.r., identified within the matrix. Screenprint in purple and black on wallpaper, sheet size 40 1/8 x 29 5/8 in. (101.8 x 75.2 cm), unmatted, unframed.
Condition: Minor wear/creases to very edges, toning to verso.

Provenance: A private Massachusetts collection.
