Both oil on panel, 15 1/2 x 20 3/8 in. (39.0 x 51 1/2 cm),framed.
Condition: Splits with paint losses to both panels, partially stabilized on the reverse, Moses with paint losses to water in u.l. quadrant, flaking, craquelure, surface grime.
Provenance: Estate of a private collector, New York; Doyle, Important English & Continental Furniture/Old Master Paintings, Wednesday, May 18, 2011, Sale 11CN02, Lot 25; through to the current owner.
N.B. The original frescoes are located in the Palazzi Pontifici in the Vatican.
