Description:

Four Wedgwood Majolica Items, England, second half 19th century, a rectangular brown-glazed advertising tile with portrait of Josiah Wedgwood titled Potters and Tile Makers, 4 1/2 x 7; a quiver-form vase, ht. 6 3/8; Limoge sauce dish, dia. 4 1/2; and an argenta teacup and saucer with flowers, saucer dia. 5 3/4 in.

Provenance: The Victor & Muriel Polikoff Collection.
Estimate $200-400

Tile: Not examined out of frame. Overall glaze wear and abrasions.
Quiver vase: Corner repair to feathers; glaze wear along top edges of all feathers; repair to one leaf of base.
Sauce dish: In very good condition.
Cup & saucer: In very good condition.
