To Dwight Foster (1757-1823) of Brookfield, American lawyer, member of he United States House of Representatives and Senator from Massachusetts, regarding a stay of execution for the debt of a Howard Stone. Old folds, tear associated with the original opening, 7 3/4 x 6 1/4 in.
