Mencken, Henry Louis (1880-1956) Eight Typed Letters Signed and Two Envelopes, 1934-1938. Seven of Mencken's characteristic half-sheet typed letters, with one on American Mercury letterhead, all addressed to Oscar Ostlund, written with pith and humor. (8)
Ostlund contributed a piece called Refuge to the December 1933 issue of The American Mercury.
