The sheet is a heavy wove paper and measures 17 1/8 x 24 13/16 inches, so the margins are 1 3/4 inches or more. There are 5 small tears to the left edge, the longest of which is 1/2 inch, plus several tiny nicks. The lower edge of the margin has been folded under about 7/8 inches from the edge. There is a thinned spot to the corner of the folded area l.r. There are pencil annotations to the lower margin, as well as to the verso. The sheet is gently and evenly toned, with minor soiling and handling creases (visible primarily on the verso in raking light). The sheet has three cloth/tape hinges along the upper edge verso, as well as old hinges and glue residue to these same spots.
