Large Half-hull in the Manner of Archibald Carey Smith, 19th century, white-washed laminated model with pattern or layout markings mounted to a green-painted board, together with a framed photo of the yacht Meteor by Frank Becken, and two matted black-and-white images of the yachts Fortuna and Cinderella, both designed by A. Smith, model lg. 64 in.
Note: Archibald Carey Smith was one of the preeminent yacht designers in the late 19th century; he designed the Mischief, only the second all-metal yacht to be built in America, which in 1881 successfully defended the America's Cup.
