Morning Solitude. Signed "Douglas Taylor" l.l., identified on a label from Art Resources Associates, Inc., South Hamilton, Massachusetts, affixed to the frame backing and on an unattributed computer label on the frame. Oil on canvas, 16 x 20 in., framed. Condition: Varnish inconsistencies.

There is some natural pigment fluorescence where paint has been applied over the varnish layer, but it seems to be original to the composition and does not appear to be restoration.
