Les Remparts à Avignon, 1856, printed 1860s. Signed "E. Baldus" in the negative l.r., titled in the negative l.l. Albumen silver print mounted to board, image size 5 7/8 x 8 1/4 in., unmatted, unframed. Condition: Faded, ink marks in the area of the sky, discolored mount with losses and tears along the u.l. edge.
Provenance: Property from the collection of Harvey Shipley Miller, proceeds to benefit the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
