Three Cased Ambrotypes and a Framed Daguerreotype, 19th century, the two quarter-plate and one-sixth plate ambrotypes with hand-painting and gold embellishments, two with pressed leather cases, one with a thermoplastic case; the quarter-plate daguerreotype depicting a female sitter possibly of Mediterranean descent or Latina.
Provenance: Property from the collection of Harvey Shipley Miller, proceeds to benefit the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
