Description:

Two Buddhist Gilt-bronze Hands, Central Asia, one in karana mudra, the gesture of warding off evil, with the middle and ring fingers folded to loosely touch the thumb; and one in prithvi mudra, the gesture of the earth, with the ring finger touching the thumb, both mounted in a modern metal stand, ht. to 9 in. without stand.
