Three Sichuan Pottery Amphoras, China, Han dynasty, angled bulbous shape, with an everted rim molded in the shape of a square with two pointed corners alternating with two curved corners running downward to form two broad strap handles rising from the belly, each side decorated with two molded spirals and a hatched band or bands along the angled rim, ht. 7 to 13, mouth rim dia. 4 7/8 to 7 3/8 in.
