Signed and dated "IK 53" l.l., signed and titled "Irving Kriesberg/..." on the stretcher, identified on labels from the Art Lending Service of the Museum of Modern Art, New York, and Duveen-Graham Gallery, New York, affixed to the stretcher, inscribed "COLL. PHILIP D. HEILMAN" on the stretcher.

Condition: Stretcher marks, bulges at corners, small puncture and abrasion l.l., small abrasion u.l., not examined out of frame.
Provenance: Duveen-Graham Gallery, New York, collection of Philip Douglas Heilman, to the current owner.
