Unsigned, stamped (faded) "ATELIER ED. DEGAS" l.l. and "Douane Paris Centrale" on the verso l.r.
Tissue paper mounted onto paperboard, 27 3/4 x 17 in. (70.4 x 43.1 cm),unframed.
Condition: Tears, creases, mat burn, toning.

Two repaired tears along the top edge measuring 1 1/2 in. and 4 in. respectively. A small area of paper missing along the middle of the left edge measuring 1/2 in. diameter. Hinged to mat along the right side.

Additional markings on the reverse of the mat support "Eigentium: E. M. Remarques," stamped "Douane/Exportation/Paris/Centrale," and label fragment "K No. 757."
