Night in New York, 1932, outside of the edition of 125, probably one of the 10 proofs (McCarron, 102). Signed within the plate, inscribed "P" in pencil to corner of margin u.r., inscribed "Chic. Soc. of Et./1932/5-12-33" in pencil on the verso. Etching on laid paper with partial "ENGLAND" watermark, plate size 8 7/16 x 8 7/8 in. (21.3 x 22.5 cm),unmatted, unframed.
Condition: Margin 1 1/2 inches or more with ink and minor soiling, gentle handling creases almost exclusively to the margins, thin spot to margin l.l., fingerprints to verso.

Sheet measures 11 1/4 x 13 1/4 in. (28.6 x 33.7 cm). Minor discoloration at sheet edges on verso. No additional issues to report.
