Le joueur de diole, 1957. Unsigned, dated "6.2.57." on the lower edge, label from the Hammer Galleries, New York, affixed to the frame. Unique hand-painted, glazed terra-cotta tile, 7 11/16 x 7 5/8 in. (19.4 x 19.3 cm),framed.
Condition: Good.

Provenance: From the estate of the artist to the estate of Jacqueline Picasso; through to Etienne Sassi, Inc.; through to the Hammer Galleries, New York; to the current private Massachusetts collection.
