Thirteen Genre Scene Prints After Francis Wheatley (British, 1747-1801)
Signed "Thomas Appleton" l.r., titled and ascribed within plates.
Color mezzotints, image sizes 13 5/8 x 10 3/4 in. (34.6 x 27.3 cm),framed.
Condition: Mat burn, some with pale fox marks, not examined out of frames.
Estimate $600-800

Titles are: New Love Songs, Cherries, Milk Below Maids, Knives to Grind, Old Chairs to Mend, Oranges, Peas, Gingerbread, Matches, Mackerel, Strawberries, Turnips and Carrots, Primroses.
