George II Sterling Silver Chamberstick, London, 1759-60, maker's mark indistinct, possibly William Gould, bobeche unmarked, urn-form sconce with an acanthus-capped handle on a gadrooned base with three shell feet, ht. 4 1/2 in., approx. 12.6 troy oz.

Bobeche unmarked with scattered abrasions, interior nozzle dented, still fits. Candlestick with scattered abrasions, armorial worn. Joint from base to candle sconce to stand with silver solder, handle with solder to joint, restored or re-worked.
