Southern Cheyenne Beaded Hide and Cloth Cradle Cover, c. 1880, the hood of thick buffalo hide and beaded with a central roundel with cross on a striped background, with beaded rawhide tab and red, cochineal dyed trade cloth at the back, hanging from the bottom is part of a Hudson Bay trade blanket, (minor bead loss),beaded area 9 1/2 x 24 in.
