Large elephant folio, limited edition copy number 124 of 275 numbered (and ten lettered) copies, signed by publisher, author of the introduction, and Fellow of the Royal Society, David M. Lank on the limitation page, illustrated throughout with mounted colored plates and black-and-white text images, very good in publisher's original half red morocco, matching slipcase, and the original wooden crate, with the original prospectus, and a typed letter signed by Lank inserted, along with a feather, a family copy, formerly in the collection of the publisher's brother, with his bookplate, 24 x 17 in.
