Stoneware Jar, Paul Cushman, Albany, New York, early 19th century, ovoid form with straight rim and applied lug handles, the rim impressed "PAUL: CUSHMAN," the handles decorated with cobalt, the front with a large cobalt "X," (imperfections),ht. 12 3/8 in.
