Tin-glazed Earthenware Polychrome Enamel-decorated Utility Bowl, England, c. 1730-40, probably Bristol, crimped "piecrust" rim with alternating stiff leaves and lines surrounding a central floral garden with fence, dia. 6 3/4 in.

Provenance: The Troy Chappell Collection; Jonathan Horne.

Glaze loss surrounding rim; a piece of oven furniture fired beneath the rim.
