Description:

Thornton, Robert John (c. 1768-1873) Two Botanical Prints. [from] Temple of Flora, London, 1801. Two hand-colored and color-printed aquatints with stipple and line engraving of the American Cowslip and the Persian Cyclamen; uniformly matted and framed in bird's-eye maple, fading to pinks on the cowslip, 19 x 14 1/2 in. sight. (2)
