Anthony, Susan B. (1820-1906) Autograph Letter Signed, 18 February 1888 [or 1 September 1890]. Two page letter written on a single sheet of National Woman Suffrage Association letterhead, with an envelope to the same recipient, also from Anthony, with a different date. To Isabella [Challacombe] Hedenberg (1827-1892) of Chicago, regarding a proposal for assuring regular income for the National Woman Suffrage Association. Anthony says, "start the ball it will soon get to be a large one." Toned, old folds, some spotting, 9 x 5 3/4 in.
