H. Barella Combination Gun, 20th century, serial number 15533, 16 gauge shotgun and 9mm rifle, walnut stock with finely checkered forend and grip, cheek-piece on the left side of the butt, the bottom of the butt with a hinged compartment for one shotgun shell and three cartridges, the frame with running/leaping deer in a field/wooded scene framed by elaborate floral scrollwork, the textured barrel rib with folding leaf sight, and engraved "H. BARELLA, BERLIN," overall lg. 43 in.
