American Conversion Fowler, c. early 19th century, walnut stock with a French-style butt, brass fittings, lock marked "Cairns/& Co.," octagonal smooth bore barrel marked "G.W." on the breech, barrel lg. 32 1/4, overall lg. 48 1/4 in.

Stock has a few dings, nicks and small spots of putty around a few pin holes, iron parts have some light pitting, and the lock functions, although the safety does not.
